The
Belleville Dragon Boat Club (formerly the Belleville Paddling Club) is
one of Belleville's most active sports and recreation clubs. BDBC
is dedicated to fun, fitness, and team-building, both on and off the
water, by offering programs for ages 14+ to seniors. Additionally, we provide
instruction and training in all areas of dragon boating for all levels
of expertise. Our experienced coaches will ensure that your
safety, fitness, and goals are obtained.
Since
inception, the Belleville Dragon Boat Club has proudly been a
community-based, volunteer run, and non-profit organization. We strive to be
good citizens of Belleville and the Quinte region. We host an annual dragon boat festival to raise money for charities in our community. In addition to
supporting the Belleville area, we have strong ties to several of our
neighbouring dragon boating teams. We practice and paddle from Victoria Park on the
Bay of Quinte in the City of Belleville, Ontario.
