J O I N U S for fun and a good workout.
Dry land training- Belleville YMCA. MON. and WED. 6pm. All welcome.
NOTE: The "Y" will continue program in May if anyone interested. Same times.
We are 100% non profit.
Partnering with the United Way of Quinte and the Belleville YMCA.
REGULAR PRACTICES-
MACHINE crews Tues and Thurs at 6pm.
REBEL & CRUISERS crews Mon and Wed at 6pm.
Arrive early as possible for waivers, sign ups and warmup.
VICTORIA DAY WEEKEND
REBELS and CRUISERS practice as usual ** 6pm Monday.
Where Recreational and World class paddlers mix and mingle.
